Taxes are also inevitable. They should be lower than for bricks and mortar, but they are necessary for cities, counties, and states to pay for basic services such as roads (used by UPS to deliver your goods), rail (ditto), airports (ditto), police (to arrest the fraud mongsters), jails (to lock up the Free Net activists in), and courts (to find them guilty and protect the monied interests from having their credit cards stolen).
Uh. how much of your taxes do you really think goses to infrastructure? Less than 5%. Your supporting social programs, bud.
Actually, i was very dissapointed in tourment... but then, i was expecting it to be another baldur's gate (which it wasn't). But I don't think diablo is very comparable to other "d&d" type RPGs... Hell, nothing compares to the games that black isle puts out...
well, uhh, good point. But look, after that's done, you still don't have to worry about carrying your keyboard around with you all the time. or you could just use palm os;) then you don't need a keyborad...
seriously, how big would your keyboard have to be for a wristwatch computer... damn, remember thsose nifty little calculator-watches? those little rubber buttons were a pain, but they were pretty cool!
well, myself, i've played around a bit with red hat, but i really don't know all that much about *nix os's. What are the major differences between red hat and slackware, or other distribution... what makes one better than another?
heh, think what you want, but the truth is, if speilberg wasn't more than 'ok', then how does he have so much money. He has do be doing something right....
