If someone's on disability they're already in the lowest bracket they can go. The taxes might be very small if at all. As for how it will affect future payments, that's kind of up to the government.

For those uninformed, Blaine the Mono, in the particular cabin the protagonists were in had a "projected" view. Every wall [including floor and ceiling] were just big screens, that had the possibility to project the outside, the Taj Ma Hall, or the inside of your colon.
I wonder if big LCDs would be cheaper than researching all of this new technology. This would also give the ability to... you know, turn it off [or turn on a nicer looking scene for those afraid of super-earth].
Thank you Broadcom! I've been waiting for this to finally happen. I will admit, I'm not happy with the present state of the 'wl' drivers, and this will at least create potential for others to improve on it.

I'm a student of the New York public school curriculum (11th grade), and I can safely say that we also do not invest time in such silly fantasies as Newton- in history class (Physics and Pre-calculus have mentioned him for the sake of history). We do not learn many "advances of military technology" that have influence on US politics (though in state curriculum, the Maxim Machine Gun, and nuclear weapon breakthroughs are mentioned).
We've also learned more about General Lee or "Stonewall" Jackson (for those uninformed, Confederate war-time heroes), than we have about Grant.
"Thomas Jefferson wrote the Decleration of Independance" is the extent of our study on one of our country's fathers.
So Texas is going from what may have been a good curriculum to the New York State curriculum.
And stop with the "false history" crap! It is in fact, true history. They are not creating facts, they're emphasizing certain ones more than others.

Why have we NOT mentioned Code::Blocks, a full C/++ editor? Exactly what the poster is asking for.
Also includes support for wxwidgets (gui making stuff, cross platform, can be statically compiled). Plenty of plugins.
I've used it, and it works great!
