heh. Its named after some scottish guy named Higgs (the guy who first theorized it) and an indian guy (i think) named Bose (of Bose-Einstein Condensate fame).
Personally, I'm in favor of the Ni! particle. The comic value is almost too good to pass up.
Really, this hardly counts as news. For about 5 years now there's been copies of the Caffeine FAQ floating around. Its packed with much more information than the linked site offers.
Plus, the caffeine images on the site mentioned in the article are kind of lame. Using a copy of CAChe, readily avaliable to most 1st year organic chem students, it'd be piece of cake to make a caffeine molecule that danced, spun, showed electron density, and otherwise entertained, all in.gif format.

Nothing on earth is better for a caffeine kick than coffee double brewed with Water Joe. Sleep? What me, Sleep?
Were ironchef.com not shut down, figuring out who Korn is would be a cinch (of course). Anyway, Korn is a Japanse musician who plays some sort of wierd Reggae-type music. He's under the Sony label (see his webpage here. Also, interestingly enough, he's also the voice for "Chef" in the upcoming South Park Movie in Japan. No kidding. Anyway, as best I know, you can only find singles of his songs - no albums - from Japanese CD outfits online.
Best of luck to caldera. Its a heck of a lot of money. Seems like they missed the real linux boom by a few months, though. RHAT and VALinux have been on a steady downward trend for a while now (VA's never actually had a positive moving average). Could lead to some problems - specially in the waxing and waining NASDAQ of the past few weeks.
