Except that when police DO investigate stolen phones, they are often lead to the homes of thieves that have LOTS of stolen goods and bust of major theft rings and even a child porn ring.

We start to see the mythical benefits of "deregulation". With real competition, a real free market, consumers win. Too many industries that claim they are operating in a free market are really extracting maximum profits from a "fixed" free market.
Finally, a judge with the cojones to try to stop the United States' slow slide towards a police state. A bit disappointing to see that he left them weasel room. Far too many 3 letter folks operating unchallenged like The Inquisition.

1. Attack small organizations who cant afford to fight back
2. cite their capitulation as "evidence" of the validity of their patent.
3. "License" the IP to small vendors
4. Profit

Google has demonstrated a willingness to filter/block content for some countries. If its in their commercial interest would they blackhole sonme sights?
Or maybe we should make H1B much more costly, thereby increasing the incentive to hire US labor.
(Yeah, I know then they just outsource the whole project to a foreign country)
