    My Mozilla at work story. Unless you have a fairly Nazilike MIS dept or managers do what I did. Install Mozilla and use it. In the past three months there have been at least 3 times that I have been asked to troubleshoot possible network problems. The person who came to me was using IE and while testing in Mozilla I was unable to recreate the problem. Installing Mozilla on their systems solved the problem. As a result several upper managers are now using Mozilla as their main browser and because of the popup blocking options MIS is looking at deploying it as a standard. Install it, use it, they will come.

    You beat me to it. Yes jabber is *the* future. And since it can do SSL and the server can be kept internal I can even fit it in under my security policy whereas other IM systems would be a big old no go. :)

    Wrath of Kahn. Toy Story 2. Empire which was better than SW:ANH. I liked Aliens better than Alien but that one is not as widely accepted. Also many of the Star Trek movies are better than the first one.

    I've always found the idea that Sony also makes regionless DVD players. (Fine links to them here ironic. It would appear that Sony has a music/movie side that is evil and a hardware side that is cool. I 've always wondered how often the two sides talk.

    I stand corrected I thought the server side was OpenSSH. But the rest of the post stands IBM, HP, Sun. Many major players use OpenSSH. Thanks.

    but I'm pretty damned sure that in the foreward it says that because much of the action take place in the region of Argonath that the name was about the gates. I'll have to go home and check. Does anyone have a copy in their hand?

    *and* it had a very bad typo. Come on guys. This is just silly. Oh and was not the name two towers about the statues of the kings bu the river and not the towers they talk about in the trailer?

    We don't let the government tell us what products are good or bad but the sad fact of life is many of us work in sectors that are heavily regulated. Yes this should change but no it is not going to anytime soon and in the meantime people like myself have work to do. Also a government cert is in many cases CYA it can be a strong defense in a court case. This is why for example all my networks have to meet many DoD standards even though I have *nothing* to do with the DoD. In the case that something should happen my ass is covered. Sad but true. And yes I do work in my off hours to try and change this.

    but I noticed a few months ago that Cisco now uses the Google engine to search the CCO. Congrats on that one. I've also noticed this new search box that Google is starting to produce. And it looks *very* cool. So my question is basically which is more important to your job the website or selling the service and the engine to people who need it?

    And just what do import Anime disks have to do with the MPAA. For example the MPAA gets *nothing* when I buy something that is not produced by a member. No one said you should not buy DVDs it is DVDs from MPAA members that you should not buy.
