    And there will be further benefits by resetting copyright back to its original duration of 17 years. The rent seekers can take a walk. It is time to stop crippling technology for their benefit at our expense.

    The artists who create the material. Like most people who have to actually work for a living, they are too submissive in negotiations, especially now that self publishing is comparatively trivial to past times when physical media was required.

    Sorry, you can only prosecute for action, never speech. The actor is the sole guilty party, no matter what he claims as motivation, whether it's tabloid hearsay or anything else. Censorship still remains the prime evil. Its only purpose is expediency and for the protection of powerful people and institutions. We need to kill off the whole discussion by making censorship impossible with decentralized, P2P type services. That would be the end of the problem and we can move on.

    As far as I am concerned your Netflix subscription entitles you to download anything they carry in their library, by whatever means available. Your torrents are paid for. Don't fret over it.

    Do you really think a potential employer is going to do some serious digging to find the actual truth once they see "abc drugged and raped xyz"? No way they'll move to the next just-as-qualified person.

    And that is what precisely makes him the problem. He is too lazy to dig? Screw him, and sue him every way till Sunday

    Obviously you have no idea since you're just lying, to cover up your own responsibility for voting for quid pro quo candidates... There are plenty of alternatives right there on your ballot, but you will vote for democrats that shill for the insurance industry. You clearly don't "hate" them as much as you let on.
