Up until the middle/late 60s those lunatics and assholes were democrats, the party of George Wallace. They flipped when the Civil Rights Act was passed, Johnson saying,*There goes the democratic party in the south for a generation*.. So now they dominate the republican side, using "southern strategy" to get the votes that used to go to the likes of Wallace, etc. The big tragedy is in its ongoing success.

Cut a piece of cardboard and cover up the plate when you park the car, hinged on the top with a piece of duct tape (everybody has a roll in the glove compartment, right?).
But, it's true, out in public there is no privacy. Let's make sure that applies to all government officials also. They'll be more discreet and take a cab to the bathhouse instead of driving.
But it's really good shit! The same rules apply to the competition, wiping out any upstarts who can't afford to comply. The whales swim right through it and don't even notice.
