In what alternate reality do you think that is true?
It is what he signed. This is all that matters. As soon as he was elected, 'single payer' was off the table. You live in a fantasy. You comfort yourself with campaign lies designed simply to win the vote. You act so positively naive. It is one of the things that make democrat voters so hard to stomach.
Why would he have put so much effort into trying to sell us on something very different - before the GOP writing this bill - if this was what he wanted instead?
Because that is what the party told him to do to win the election, you big dummy! The 'effort' wasn't his. *Jeeze!* How do you remember to breath?
You are as full of it as the Reagan worshipers. This is the bill he wanted. Again you prefer to believe the lie that he ever wanted anything else. You simply won't accept the fact that you've been had. Let it go. It's over.
Slackware works with USB. Comes with a windows installer and everything. You don't load the whole thing. You have to mount the volume where the ISO is for the install itself. It's very straightforward and one of the fastest installs I've seen.
This is nothing like 'the sky is falling' routine. And you never heard me say to surrender. It is only a point of information to act on. It's a simple fact that you are being tracked. And certificates still require a third party. And to me, a self signed certificate is a cookie. To be verified requires that you identify yourself. You can't be anonymous and certified/verified at the same time, unless it's a one-time cert. My only recommendation is to develop something better, not to give up.
No, it's not. It's called business. That is what government serves. It would be nice if the government served the general population, but nobody demands it. 98% of the voters find the present situation perfectly acceptable. If there is any corruption, it is in the home of those people, nowhere else.
Unless they have their own army, that's bullshit. A government is needed to enforce their exclusive claims over resources. This is why government primarily serves the businesses that set it up. It is pretty basic.
There is no such thing as 'opt in'. That is a total fantasy. Your traffic is always being tracked by cookies, government spies, whatever. Even https exists to serve this purpose. Certificates are just another cookie.

Are people actually considering putting him on the ballot? Is this any way to run a circus? And then you wonder why the rest don't vote...

The porn will get 'em every time. An exploit that is very difficult to patch without employing a most unpalatable procedure.
I feel so very sorry.
The only intrinsic 'right' I know of is F=MA
It is the only one to be proven inviolable so far, and the basis for all others. Everything else is cake

No, but desalination can. Get to work dammit! The 'drought' is a fraud. It needn't happen ever again on this planet.
Take that back and use it. Why should we pay the bank robbers twice?
You would know. You're exactly what I'm talking about.
Begs the question, who is behind this? I mean, DSK was French politics, but I can't figure out who here draws that kind of attention and money.
BBC News?

You only gotta vote 'em out. I can't force you. The choice is always your own.
I'm only waiting to see if this voting thing ever works out.
You hardly have to sacrifice anything. Just cut out the corruption and waste. We throw away more than half of what we make.
T-shirts and action figures. Keep them in the box, and your grandkids might get something for them on eBay.
Try to put 500 people into one of those!

Hey, if you got a buyer...

no government is needed to create it.

Just turn the wifi power down a bit, and don't bother trying to overclock it.
Yeah, but then the includes move in...
