This business is a variation of old fashion colonialism. Do you really consider it a good thing? The only reason there are food/water/energy/shelter shortages anywhere on the planet is because of the corrupt authorities and wasteful practices designed to "stabilize" (artificially inflate) prices. I would settle for any administration to follow the law. But yes, it would be nice to start with the present one, and work our way forward. And a good message would be sent by also indicting the surviving criminals from past ones. Alas, it is but a fantasy of mine.

And it is a simple matter of tracing it all back to our most basic of basic instincts. It is not even conscious. It is a reaction of the primitive brain to its environment.
