The people pulling the trigger are the ONLY ones to blame. They are the very foundation of empire. A 'leader' is nothing. It's the (mindless)followers that are dangerous.
Also, your lack of empathy has been duly noted. Statistics mean absolutely nothing to the victims. Lucky you that you haven't yet become one.
Variation of a theme, like carpet bombing a city. "Kill 'em all and let god sort 'em out". We won't know until election time if the leaks were a good thing overall. My bets are that, aside from a bit more property damage, it won't amount to a hill of beans...
The republic will reorganized into the first galactic empire!.. For a safe, and secure society
Pollution is harmless. In fact, it's good for you, helps you build resistance, just like drinking contaminated water helps you produce more antibodies and live healthy. Unnecessary sanitation makes you weak and vulnerable to all sorts of normally harmless chemicals, viruses, and bacteria..
Just nationalize the plants that are being shut down and keep them running only as long as necessary. Oh wait... Maybe the banks won't like that, and we don't want to offend them.
There is nothing ironic about those in authority attempting to protect their interests... In fact, just the opposite, I'd be more suspicious if they became truly transparent as a cynical ploy to diffuse the anger against them. They want to make you comfortable with being spied on.
Not at all. Try stopping the car (even if going only 10mph) when a kid jumps in front. Even a self driving car can't avoid such an accident. If you could stop that fast, you will get a hell of a bruise from the seat belt, if the airbag doesn't explode into your face. You are not in control. You are only very lucky.
Actually it's a good message. A mass shutdown could produce results. It delayed the imposition of SOPA for what that was worth. It's unfortunate that we need the big players on our side to make it work. So I guess we can forget that, seeing as that they are on the wrong side of the issue.
It was the land of opportunity. Comparatively speaking the bureaucracy tended to tread lightly on a person. That's why they came. When they talked about 'freedom', it wasn't political freedom that interested them, but economic freedom. I still hear people say the US has too much freedom. They consider due process an obstacle. In fact the government is saying that now in defending the spying and detaining.
Verrrry interestink! Makes me think the info isn't really all that important. More of an indirect 'press release' with high drama to get everybody's attention. You know, sex it up a little. My god, it's genius!
So now what?
There need to be penalties. Someone should be brought up on charges.
Yeah well, he's in Russia, or so we are told :-)
Everybody's a comedian...

It will be compulsory to do anything...
Sweden has a problem. I'm sure they and China can make a deal. Of course the states could possibly, maybe, ship direct..
But wait! There's more!
The 16 year old boy was tragic but not the target.
How the hell do you know that?? You got clearance to see the kill list? And besides, What difference does it make? Does it make him less dead?
Being unable to prove you believe what you post, you are not to be taken seriously..

How quaint
Sometimes, you have to become the villain in order to achieve an even greater good.
Yeah, sometimes you just gotta slap people around a little bit... knock some sense into 'em...
No, why? They're desperate to know what's out there, so it's best to provoke a dump.. You know, adding a little laxative to the mix.
A-Gonna Fall...
If I was a sociologist, I'd study the phenomenon.
Just watch Animal Planet. It saves you all the boring philosophy.. cuts straight to the chase... Fight; Eat; Fuck; Sleep

Who's the patsy? Who's the player?
Okay, two, TWO questions!

Anything that slows the distribution of Sonny Bono's music can't be all bad...

What made the US the 'best'?
