UltraViolet downloads, better known as the Common File Format, are not available as of Jan 1, 2013. Streaming providers who are UltraViolet ready are able to offer their own proprietary downloads. These downloaded copies are unable to be copied from one device to another, and are not cross-platform.
UltraViolet (UV) is a free, cloud-based, digital rights library that allows users of digital home entertainment content to stream and download purchased content to multiple platforms and devices.
according to the link UltraViolet provides downloads. The issue was that UltraViolet is buggy. It provides downloads in theory. I think there was some region restriction also with the service. That didn't work with KickStarters international reach.
I'm not sure if this is current but IBooks used to be harder to get into if your were self publishing a book than Amazon or B&N. Thus an author who recovered the rights to their book would have problems self publishing it in IBooks.
The snow melt comes from snow. Snow that is produced when water from the oceans condenses in CA mountains. There is a limited amount of fresh water produced with this method each year. But as long as the oceans are full and the mountains exists that water will be renewed. Fresh water is not flowing up the mountains from crop runoff to form snow.
The size could be the result of the process of being packed in ice for long periods of time. Some sort of virus fossilization where the virus dna gains dna from its prehistoric host.
That is not my understanding of it. From what I know children and non owners can consent to a search of you house if your not there.

The issue with this case is that he did non consent, they removed him from the house, and then got consent from another resident.
Your ex-husband example would only apply if you did not give him a key and/or had a restraining order against him.
It is a bad idea to co-own property or live with someone who would rat you out to the police.
Non owners have always been able to consent. That is settled law before this case. If you ex-husband has a key to the house and can open the door for the police then he is a real resident. Your idea that he is not is a fiction in your own head. Your lying to yourself. So don't do that. Sell the house.
Many cities in the United States want the economic growth that comes with population growth. They want to grow grow grow.
It has nothing to do with environmental sustainability and everything to do with budget sustainability. It takes a large amount of infrastructure to stack millions of people into a few square miles. Infrastructure that requires high taxes.
But no one cares that much if the game runs in 900p or 1080p. Stores don't set up the consoles side by side with the same games. The consumer has to some digging to find out one is slightly better. The cost difference is because they have dozens of extra parts to manufacture, assemble, and eventually ship. There is also sunk costs they need to recapture from the Research and Develoment of the camera. Plus patents they need to license.
Show me a dozen enterprise apps written in this style that work well. I don't care about sample methods. There are plenty of developers who have rewritten Excel documents into Java applications with proven benifits. Where are the testimonials for doing the opposite? Is Amazon using this for its shopping cart? Did NASA use it? Are big open source project being made with it?
From looking at wikipedia the Sherman act doesn't say that. I think your thinking of the Clayton Anti-Trust act. The Clayton act made illegal
sales on the condition that (A) the buyer or lessee not deal with the competitors of the seller or lessor ("exclusive dealings") or (B) the buyer also purchase another different product ("tying") but only when these acts substantially lessen competition (Act Section 3, codified at 15 U.S.C. 14);
Here Google isn't doing A(exclusive dealings). They are allowing other peoples apps on the phone. They allow competing search and location providers. They just require that Google be the default. They are "tying" different product together. It is possible to argue that this substantially lessens competition.
There is no feedback loop from employers. They are the only one who cares about grade inflation. Employers could create an organization that adjusts colleges grades based on the testing and evaluation of new hires. This organization would then publish the GPA adjustment for each School Degree combination. This would not effect history majors though. Walmart doesn't care if you made A's or B's.
In colloquial usage, the terms "Turing complete" or "Turing equivalent" are used to mean that any real-world general-purpose computer or computer language can approximately simulate any other real-world general-purpose computer or computer language.
This means a program written in a Turing complete graphical language can be rewritten with text based code. At some level this means that a graphical language is going to be just a complex as text based one. And since both are created by people you are will have the same issues with labeling and jargon. Your not just trying to communicate with a computer. Your communicating with other people. People can be just as cryptic and vague with American Sign Language as they can be in American English.
Everyone should be taught Logic. Code may be a handy way to teach it. But there are many ways to teach logic. If code isn't the best then it shouldn't be used.
I suppose it is the difference between a 1 way mirror and a tellivision connnected to a camera. In one case the input travels through the medium in the other the input is digitized sent through a wire and replicated on the other side. The only benifit I see is that no data is lost/distorted based on microphone placement. Not sure who needs that though.
I agree it is not copyright infringement. The site could be infringing his publicity rights. This scam service is using his name. People have given them money thinking it will go to Linus when Linus doesn't even have an account with them.
Why would you need to do that? What could they possibly do with such trivia?

What costs more to treat? Cow piss or fertalized/incectide runoff from crops?

You could purchase a junker and park it at your yard.

Yes exactly like drug addicts. We hold jobs, have families, live long lives, and stay out of trouble with law enforcement. Exactly like drug addicts.
The linked website looks like fad journalism. Big splashy page with a headline. Screems bias found here.

In no way. that is why the court ruled the way they did. These journalist were just looking to tax blogs that linked to them.

They need to put a caption on their results stating when the data for the ranking was last crawled.

At $300 it is not the same space at all.

You can create the same effect with a microphone and a speaker behind a sound proof wall. Still pretty cool.
