How come 'copying into RAM' doesn't 'qualify as copy' ? It sounds strange to me...
How about guns? You have the right to own one(in US), but it's use is restricted: you cant start killing people just because you bought you AK-47 legally.
Apple made it too restrictive? Let the market say it so... They've already made iTunes work on Windows...
