What bothers me really is after thousands of years and reading tons of history, we failed to understand the simple thing the biggest culprit was/is the Religion. Why don't we just try to get rid of it.
I can't express how happy I am to hear this news. It's been 26 years since I felt my legs down there. I am from India, and just another engineer in the crowd. I don't think I can afford that right now but can anyone give me directions, should I contact these people to make me the part of experiments or something? It would be great if slashdot people help me to find out a path to reach there.

The easiest and only solution to this is to standardize the Autonomous Vehicles. A central system which keeps track on all the vehicles, owners and agencies/companies using them. Yea there are chances of hacks but then every machine is hackable, isn't it?
Agreed, may be this feature isn't useful watching movies, but just think about when you watching a football live stream and you can switch camera angles yourself. That is going to be epic.
