I saw Attack of the Clones on Thursday at 11:45, but I was not missing work because I am taking a, umm, sabbatical from my chatper 7 workplace.

My friend, Obelix, does this as a day job. When he was a baby, he fell in to a pot of magic potion created by our village druid that gave him permanent super strength. Although he is classified as a "menhir delivery man" by our village chief, he is essentially a obelisk installer. For all you ladies out there, he is available. His hobbies include eating wild boar and beating the snot out of those crazy Romans.

  4. FIN...an personal attack against Linus Torvalds? on Microsoft's 'Freedom to Innovate' Brochure · · Score: 1

Hmmm...Microsoft claims that FIN stands for "Freedom to Innovate Network", but I wonder if this is the beginning of a project to strike a personal blow against Linus Torvalds. Look at this: FIN - Short for Finland? Linus Torvalds is from Finland. Linus and Linux... I believe Microsoft is planning to buy Finland, revoke the citizenship of Linus, nationalize Linux as the official OS of Finland, "optimize" it to look/feel/be Win 2000, and then export it to the world through a Redmond-based distributor. Oh, that Billy Gates is a wiley one, eh?
