Scoliosis AND the fact that his feet (or at least the bones of his feet) were missing. Maybe the coffin that was ordered was a little bit to small and someone took off the feet. Yet another mystery that needs to be solved by future time-travellers!
Ohhhwww... So... my grandmother only has to go out to the computer store _again_ to buy an external HD, lookup what a "recovery partition" is and what the procedure is to upload that to the external HD [she would call it the little box I guess]. Then find out which are the "chunks of space that is supposed to be a trial of Office" and how to get rid of this nonsens. Probably that is just as easy as pressing the "big blue E" for internet?
MS has a fair share of techies under it's customers, but the majority thinks that these kind operations are deemed to be too difficult for them. They might find it even 'dangerous', and wonder if they are not voiding warranty or something. MS should be more clear about this IMHO. If this was shipping with a gnu/linux os and had "some extra's" I would expect the targeted customer group would be more than capable of getting rid of it all and install DSL so they could enjoy the rest of the 63,95GB... But n% of the MS users... meh, not so much...
The power of a good scientific test is falsification. I did this one several times with almost always the same results. So for science, next time when they are with that group again, I would suggest this experiment:
1 - mention the beautiful architecture that the Ottomans had. (90% chance that they will IMMEDIATELY go and tell you that the Ottomans were ACTUALLY just the Turkish people) 2 - drink some more and wait until there have been at least two or three other subjects in the conversation 3 - mention the atrocities the Ottomans committed to the people in the Balkan, Greece, Armenia, Jews everywhere and so on. (80% chance that they will IMMEDIATELY go and tell you that the Ottomans were ACTUALLY not Turkish people at all and the Turkish people became Turkish under Mustafa Kemal Atatürk somewhere in the 1920's) 4 - for bonus points: point out the obvious... and run!
All the sudden the connection is lost. These people are so schizophrenic about their history, that if a single person would say the same about his/her own personal history this person would be locked up with a mouth full of pills and a tight fitting shirt with extra long sleeves... This is just another episode in the 'lets make those people our dhimmies'... Don't give in to this crap. Let them know that we live in a free world, and if they dont like that, they can move back to their beloved Turkey. Never watch TV, use the Internet or use other western, haram, tech on which they might get 'offended' on. Oh, and send their children to good old schools where Darwin and other minions of satan are banned... http://science.slashdot.org/story/13/01/18/1912208/turkeys-science-research-council-stops-publication-of-evolution-books Good luck to them!
I call it a very VERY slight difference. This is why: 1 Gallon is 8 pints in both systems. US pt. = 0.47375 L IM pt. = 0.56875 L The difference between the two gallons is 0.76 L which is 1 2/3 of a US pint or 1 1/3 of an imperial pint. So the difference is actually just 1/3 of a pint, that is 0.16L (1/3 US pt.) or 0.19L (1/3 IM pt.) So the difference (0.19L - 0.16L) in Litres is ACTUALLY only 0.03L. And since 0.03 litre is only about 1 Fl.Oz and a Fl.Oz is 1/160 imperial Gallon as anyone knows, and 1/128 US Gallon for that matter the difference all the sudden is only 1/32 Fl.Oz which in turn is hardly a teaspoon full... erhm...
Hmmm... maybe I made a boo-boo somewhere along the road... Maybe things would be much more clear if/everyone/ would just use 1 system...
Agreed! When is this "I am more important than anyone else because I have an invisible friend in the clouds" gonna stop? As someone posted here earlier, I hope that they sue the hospital and lose quickly and definitively. Or that the entire medical staff gets killed *instantaneously* by some kind of pissed off deity who demands that his book is being followed... And leaves that message spelled out with the guts of the medical staff that has just exploded... The intestagram... Either one is fine with me... Ans as long as there is no god making a move to stop these vaccination I dont believe there is much reason for debate anyway. What a bunch of nonsense. What's next? Christians in an abortion clinic not willing to work? Jews in a pigs-slaughterhouse not willing to work? Muslims in a supermarket not willing to work? Oh, wait... http://www.jihadwatch.org/2008/10/uk-muslim-worker-loses-case-against-supermarket-that-made-him-transport-alcohol-on-a-forklift-like-a.html
If the friend in the cloud is so important to you, make up your mind what you can or cannot do... and THEN apply for a job...
So if I understand correctly Android (which is based on linux) remains FLOSS, it is just a development tool that has "become" close sourced? If that is correct, then why not go on with the latest version and update that with the community? As it is not used, then this scheme falls into shambles right? Also, am I the only one who thinks this is against the whole principle of FOSS? This looks like they used linux because of cheap and now make things closed source because of make $...

Put that in a lead (at least 1" thick) box, and fill that with epoxy resin or concrete, remove M$ and replace with OpenBSD, have the disk 265bits AES encrypted with the separate home folders encrypted as well. Make sure that there is a BIOS password, get REALLY drunk and chance all the passwords so you cant remember the next day, ship it to Mercury and bury there ten feet deep. Not great for doing some facebookin, but it is SAFE!
Ezekiel 23:20 is about some potent erhm... but not sure if it is meant to be omnipotent though.:-D To stay on topic, I think that he is omnipotent. But he is also very old, so probably he just doesn't know how to write an email to the rascals at Google. Or he is just slightly less of an idiot than his followers and has a more humorous and positive outlook on eternal life.
Sorry you are wrong. And for these reasons: - The KKK would wish for the enormous numbers of followers (hundreds of millions world wide) - The KKK would wish that democratic leaders would just bend over and appease them - The KKK was a 'secret' society, the scimitar yielding hatebeards are in the open (without caps that is) - The KKK was. (yes there are a hand full left, but that hardly counts does it?) - The KKK were never demanding respect and a 'different treatment' to their wishes as the Mohammedans are. (let alone getting their wishes granted) - The KKK was a political group, not necessarily a religious one - The KKK would wish that their atrocities wouldn't be criticized
The similarity is the same only as far as their extremism and funny dresses go. The rest is a completely different matter.
A lot of people got offended this year, like Sarah from New York who was called several unpleasant names by a stranger on the street. Sarah, as most people, was told an important lesson from her parents: Sticks and stones may break my bones, But names will never hurt me. Some people however, weren't brought up with common sense, and got quite a bit of a knee-jerk-reaction to the insults. These 'knee-jerkers' went as far as trying (and unfortunately in some cases succeeding) in shutting people up. Because of 'insults'. Mind you, these 'insults' are the 'names' bit in the lesson, not the 'sticks and stones' bit! People who just had a different opinion or said something the "offended" got REALLY CROSS about. The nominees for the 2012 "Stop offending me"-award are:
- The Christians living in predominately Muslim countries for being physically and verbally abused by the followers of the religion of tolerance, peace and respect; the Muslims
- The homosexuals that got beaten up, hanged, stoned or otherwise mistreated by the followers of the religion of tolerance, peace and respect; the Muslims
- The Jews who got an even worse treatment by the followers of the religion of tolerance, peace and respect; the Muslims
- The people who wore 'the wrong clothing' or listened to the 'wrong music' and got in quite a bit of trouble with the followers of the religion of tolerance, peace and respect; the Muslims
- The women who (this year again) had to suffer gross inequality, injustice, mental, verbal and physical abuse by the followers of the religion of tolerance, peace and respect; the Muslims
- The Girl who got shot in the face by by the followers of the religion of tolerance, peace and respect for wanting to get a proper education
- The Girl who got accused for burning pages of the Koran and was severely endangered of being killed by the followers of the religion of tolerance, peace and respect; the Muslims
- The people who got fed up with the followers of the religion of tolerance, peace and respect, stood up to them and got their mouth shut by the Muslims
- And the last nominee is: the followers of the religion of tolerance, peace and respect; the Muslims themselves!
Complaining about 'offences' the most in 2012 were... DRUM ROLL PLEASE ! ! !
