Not that I agree that everything is OK, or correct. I'm just trying to point out the problematics with human vs other human. True there is a difference between a point of view and acting upon that point of view. But that is not the question, as each act are not independent from a reasoning from the actors part. That didn't stop Apple from using carbon, as carbon was the old macos style of programing and inside Apple there where programmers that where new to cocoa.
With time Apple and the world would leave carbon behind. And Apple stated that very early. I'm not an developer, but I knew this. I simply just followed the keynotes, that's all to it.
