I hear you all asking why? There is but one answer to this. WHY NOT? I think they still have something to loose. Credibility for one. Who wants to be known as a whiny baby that points fingers when things didn't go their way? However, the timing is perfect. MS can't use their Buisness-Brawn to win this one. And with the DOJ already breathing down thier neck about releasing code. This was a will timed jab that may land right on that tonngue in cheek MS jaw.
Did they pull the site? Seems that way. I was able to read some of the old material that wsa up via the google cache though. For anyone else that missed the first posting of this and just want to get an idea of the format of his site. Here is the link.

Why is.xxx not a reality?
1) Think how much easier it would be for corporations to block "inappropriate" sites.
2) Parental Software would actually protect kids from viewing adult material.
3) I can't see it hurting the porn industry. Hell, they make more money than any other type of business on the web.
Just my 2 cents, I know it's somewhat off topic, but I just find it appalling that this is more of an issue than the creation of the.xxx domain.

I still don't see how his post was insightfull.... I have a better Idea. Instead of asking someone else to do something about the current system I think I will voice my opinion to the./ team and see if I can think of anyother way possible to handle the modding.
Your kidding me right? OK. For most the day I have been paying more attention to the Modding on post and IMHO it is all screwed. No offense to this post, I thought it was cute. Informative though? If this catches the eye of anyone who cares and/or can do something to start some reform on the current Mod system please do so.
