The questions you asked are genuine but how can anyone possibly answers these until Facebook launches its ad platform. You are asking it a bit early. It's Facebook who is going to decide if they allow AdSense to run alongside Facebook ads for websites and what'd be the payouts. So think about it for a minute. There is no way I can tell this right now until we hear either from Facebook or from incometricks sources.
