See the previous polls on that series, for comparison (hint: they show similar numbers, and if Ubuntu really had 35% success rate, it would not be the most popular Linux distro)
Please remember that the vast majority of hardware and peripherals are designed from the ground up to work with Windows and that most computers are sold with Windows preinstalled and preconfigured.
If you want a similar experience, I suggest buying a computer with Linux preinstalled and preconfigured. I recommend System76
Last time I was in Thailand, the keyboards at the internet cafe had both latin and thai characters on them, and it was trivial to switch the keyboard language
Most of RPTool users, including myself, are not programmers
Give it a try

Try Fantasy Grounds first though. It's got realistic dice, tools, maps the works for pretty much any major pen & paper RPG since there are quite a few rulesets available.
Why try proprietary software when there's an excellent Free Software option that you can customize to your needs?
In catholic dogma, indulgences are not forgiveness for a given sin, they are a remission for the punishment due even after the sin is forgiven through confession.
This was abused when the church started selling indulgences as a way for people to avoid paying penances (either in this world or in purgatory)
One of the results of the Protestant Reformation was that there was a series of reforms regarding this practice. Since 1567, indulgences cannot be bought or sold anymore.

So my previous point remains, "pay your way to heaven" and "professional proselytizers" are not found in mainstream religion today.
Yeah, sorry I went off on you, it's just there are a lot of goofyballs here who are 'standing up for businesses' which is usually wrongheaded libertarian thinking that generally annoys me.
Heh, if you read my posts (or even my sig!), you'll find that I am usually in the completely different side.
WTF? this is madness! I hate microsoft even more now.
Ballmer: Madness?? THIS . IS . MICROSOFT!!!
Gmail is in the cloud. Its pretty popular. And not particularly reliable.
My Gmail account is worth every penny I spent in it
True, he has an Awesome Name
Really? Why?
It looks like a regular Atom netbook... Why pay $700.00USD when you can get a netbook with similar specs for half that price...
Saying that Firefox beat IE6 is like bragging Mac OS X surpassed Windows 98 in usage share. oooh.
If only that were true...

Don't include OSX in a graphics comparison. It is designed to work perfectly well with a limited subset of hardware
Hey, I am sure someone wants to buy Howard the Duck!

Mine came with XP, so I can't comment on Linpus.
However, there's not a lot of love in the Acer Aspire One User's forum
He probably has popsi in his refrigerator...
"Where do these people do their shopping?!"
Complain to ATI/AMD, not Ubuntu
I'll take both the 2 gigs and Ubuntu, thanks!
Well, remember that almost all reviews of Vista were positive too...
I never understood why they never decided to just eat Gilligan and enjoy their island...
I can definitely recommend Ubuntu for the Acer Aspire One
I have been using it for almost a year now, and it runs better on it than the Windows XP it came on
So, what we need is a netbook with ARM, running Linux, to serve as a model for future application development.
Indeed. I have an Atom-based Netbook
Wish I could buy an ARM-based one
But none are available (at least none in my country)
Sorry, forgot the standard disclaimer
It is blocked here too, but for a far more benign reason:
