Undoubtedly, Tenchi is good anime, but everyone knows that the best anime ever has got to be Neon Genesis Evangelion because it has all the elements of a great entertainment experience: comedy, action, violence, sex, drama, technology, mystery, and a great ending. Why did Cartoon Network pick Tenchi? Maybe because Tenchi is more aimed at a younger audience than NGE, which is for a mature audience. Therefore, for all you older people out there, I reccomend you watch Evangelion in addition to Tenchi. The censorship of Tenchi is not wrong at all, nudity is not something that should be regularly shown to a kid who usually watches Tom and Jerry. "Mommy, mommy, what is that?"
