Why is it that bullying ending in death of a person has such minimal charges? The appropiate charges should be a minimum of manslaughter if not murder in the 2nd degree.
If this was to happen I think there would be a drop in the offences.
Also there needs to be more serious charges put in place in regards to cyber bullying.
