How many times do I have to buy WIN98 for a single machine.
Every time you change the hardware. "Windows has detected hardware that was not bundled with this machine. Please upgrade your License to support the new hardware."

i now realize
that we will all simply
boil alive in a horrible,
galactic nuclear
holocost.
Oh, don't worry about that either. As the sun
revs up over the next
billion years, all of the
water on Earth will
evaporate and we'll all
die of dehydration.

I tried out IE under a number of different Window Managers (I normally cycle through about a half-dozen; one per week), and under most it has a number of problems displaying.
According to some of the others here at work, when Solaris IE is displayed by X on NT, the whole border disappears...
And I still haven't managed to get OE to install.

HEY... I can stop peeing midstream, and probably many other guys can as well:) It's the male equivalent of Kegel exercises, if I'm correct.
I wouldn't know. I could guess what Kegel exercises are, but I'm probably better off not knowing... Probably.
I just have to ask why you'd expect most people to just know? Scratch that, I think I'm better off not knowing that either.
In any case, I don't know about most people, but I do that I (and probably a bunch of other guys as well) learned how to do it because of too many "General Quarters" called at the most inconvenient times...
Hmm, incentive.

...or is there a Hell of a lot more anime articles lately?
Perhaps 's/is/are/'? Anyway, there are more anime articles lately. It may be a side effect of the sunspot cycle. Or not.
...DIC's Sailor Moon.
Yow! Don't go there, please. I have the misfortune of living three blocks away from a Crossroads Elementary School. Just the concept of SD Sailor Moon is keeping me awake at night in. (The horror, the horror.)
For some real entertainment, watch an anime DVD with both dubbing and subtitling to <your favorite language>. The two modes tend to be hilariously different at times.

How about a three button trackpad for a powerbook? Or even a two button trackpad? I've used Linux and NetBSD (with X11) on a Powerbook before, and the most painful part of the whole thing was always trying to work around the one pointer button issue. I know Linux has a keyboard kluge to simulate the basic three pointer buttons, but in day to day use it turned out to be less than... ideal. It made the UI seem more like an Abuser Interface. And NetBSD/macppc doesn't even have that workaround (or anything similar, so far).

It seems to be something browser specific. I got in just fine with lynx...
