This would not directly end star formation, our own solar system including the sun is at least partially made up from heaver elements formed in exploded previous generation stars.
Star formation is generally by the concentration of dust and the subsequent increased densities by compression causing heat..
Galaxies hold vast areas with dust where such star formation is taking place and yes at some stage this process will dry up.
Other processes make old stars explode and cause new dust clouds, like our sun is not a first generation star but the condensation of such previous stars that ended in supernovae, that's why we have heavy elements in our solar system, they are typically formed in supernovae.
On a grander scale whole galaxies merge and again this causes concentration of dust and thus star formation.
Eventually there will be an end to such mergers and the resulting new stars.
Maybe the resulting black hole will be so super massive it'll implode in a Big Bang?
First off Obamacare is not Socialist anything, it's a form of insurance.
The British and many European health systems are based on the Socialist principle of sharing the burden and in places like Germany, Denmark and The Netherlands it works very well thank you!
In the countries mentioned all save for a few multi-millionaires would be very upset to get it traded in for the US non-system. (The success of the British system is very debatable but that's probably a cultural thing)
The point is that according to Dutch law all information that can be traced to a person is owned by that person.
Only when ordered by a State Prosecutor is a company allowed (or even forced) to divulge such information and in this particular case that prosecutor was not involved.
This sharing of information should not have happened and companies like Skype and Ebay will no doubt be instructing their hired hands to set up some Chinese Walls.
Like hedge funds tweak (OK, manipulate) the short term value of a companies they invest in and then bail out to cash in on this 'improved' value. At the most a few quarters later said company has to cut back on personnel etc. to satisfy their new owners over-hyped expectations.
Or when they have a reasonably successful company take out huge loans and invest them elsewhere, then drop this now heavily indebted company and go on to buy the next with the money they've just extorted.
None of this serves productivity or the economy at large, these are get rich quick schemes.
Show me a hedge fund interested beyond short term gains (less than 5 years).
Hedge funds are by design interested in profits from speculation, not investments in the future.
Right now there's nothing inherently suspicious about the Texas AG announcing he'll enforce Texas law, but if he continued to do so in the face of federal preemption that would be fishy.
But this is very fishy, a man in his position should know how local (US state) law is subjugated to national (Federal) law and international treaties the US Federation is partner of.
A question heard is why?
Because Dutch law already allows most of the proposed access under present regulations.
Contrary to often referenced US law Dutch law is written in general terms, we regulate official/police access to 'the home' and that includes things like telephone or internet and a judge can allow such access right now.
I had trouble with Windows applications and a colleague suggested X would offer more options.
Looking for information about this X system I ended up on Slashdot and was directed to Linux.
So in 1997 I bought a CD with Red Hat 4.1 and after the upgrade to 4.2 it became usable for me, I kept upgrading till the introduction of Fedora.
I found it hard to get Fedora running on my hardware so one day I tried a Knoppix Live CD and because it had (a lot) better hardware compatibility than the Fedora of the day I decided to install it, effectively that was a Debian
I quickly realised the deb system was much better than the rpm and yum of Fedora, around the same time the net was buzzing with the news of a new distro called Ubuntu, the main attraction was hardware compatibility.
So October 2004 I changed over to Ubuntu 4.10.
Because I never liked Gnome I quickly changed to Kubuntu 5.04 and that's how I'm writing this post, using Kubuntu 12.10 beta1.
Switzerland is , like for example Norway, not a member of the EU but has signed so many bilateral treaties with the EU and EU member states that they've effectively become a follower of EU regulations without having a seat at the negotiation table.
That's why it's always fun to read rants by anti EU activists using these countries as examples that you can have a good life outside of the EU (or euro).
Indeed, in most of the EU international treaties 'in principle' override national laws.
Especially so in The Netherlands where modern international law was more or less invented by Hugo de Groot , there is a reason the International Court of Justice is based here.
International treaties were essential for this small country to become a major trading nation.
Until now we've had a strong vestige in our law to only go after those 'making available' copyrighted work while private use of such copies has been widely accepted.
It's going to be interesting to see the outcome of this EU court case.
I don't understand the qualification of 'Wrong'.
The percentage of high quality leathers you are referring to as part of all the real leathers I mentioned is minimal so my statement stands.
Those applications where the present artificial skins are better suited have already been taken over so again, no argument.
Why would that be off, because you would have blinked?
Anyway, the story says they did it in some 2000 sessions of 1000 secs. and then added the photo's up.

So you really believe the Republicans will continue the last 4 years of blocking any progress?
Nor have you visited Zimbabwe or Somalia.
Ah *Lieberman*!

It's a plain fact the Bush shenanigans did seriously damage the credibility of the US as the fair superpower.
Having read your other posts I think you might be this guy:

It seems your 'Middle Class' starts at $500,000 p/a from investments alone.
Leiberman
Who?
Posted Anonymously for obvious reasons.
Pray explain!
On the beach of Tel-Aviv you can pick up much better bedfellows than in Iraq or especially Iran :)
Apple doesn't need to invest in Sharp to keep it afloat, they only need to pay a reasonable price for Sharp displays.

Why not make a /. account and attempt to catch up?
Android? You are weird.
A nice Linux with KDE is what this hardware needs.

I would bet the exposures were done between other observations, they returned to this section of the sky multiple times.
