You obviously haven't been hiking in the North of Québec. Here I am, walking in a millenia old forest, when suddenly we are greeted by the sound of heavy machinery. there was a tree less clearing about a mile wide, smack in the middle of this immensly complex eco-system. The land (governmental park) had just been sold to...you guessed it: Domtar.

Pardon me if I'm wrong, but isn't this done all the time? For example, Infinity Ward developped CoD 4 while the game is sold by Activision.
