From music. Apple is far from DRM free. Their apps, their books, and most of their video have DRM on them. It might not be their call on the video and book side of things, but it certainly is for the app market. Fairplay is still being used. From what I've heard they've also used Fairplay on the iPod's iTunesDB to lockout third-party apps.
It's convenient for them to say they hate DRM because everyone does, but it's far from the truth in this case.
