I just remembered a nice sci-fi book "Alice's World" - Sam Lundwall, in which he says, in the near future, you could advertise EVERYTHING (pin intended) only and only if it is true. Freedom of speech means exactly that, freedom. And freedom is above the right, the rule or stature if you want me use the formal language. Freedom is irrevocable, as the base constitution says. So, even if there is a some stature that restrains it, it is invalid and void. And it is very important that every single person is aware of that fact.
