as for health care, the USA has the best health care system on the planet, you shouldn't speak as to the effectiveness of health care in other country's until you have had to use them.
here in the U.S. a doctor can have an MRI done to a patient immediately, in Canada for instance you may have to wait for up to 6 months, you call than better? i still say GTFO...
