PIs aren't bound by any of that "Miranda Act" nonsense and can pretty much say anything they want to get you to incriminate yourself and it all stands up in court just as well as if an interviewing detective had gotten you to talk.
The police can say anything they want to get you to talk. Miranda rights may have to be read, but that doesn't stop them from lying through their teeth to get the information they want out of you.
That's interesting, I have been buying samsung monitors for years now. I have a house and office full of them. Anytime there is any issue at all, we send the monitor back and we get a replacement within weeks. I mean dead pixels, faulty speakers, scratches on the front panel, anything at all.
It's not a matter of fanboy whining. The issue people are talking about is that the jury ignored portions of testimony and evidence to come to a conclusion and award money. If you were on trial for murder, would you want the jury to ignore your alibi stating that you were in a bar with 100+ witnesses when the murder happened 100 miles away?
It is when you have people different people writing software that does something very similar and the smaller guy gets sued out of business even though his product may have been better than his competitors just because an icon on one of the screens looked too close to the icon on the plaintiff's.
I think one of the (many) reasons the Vietnam war was so unpopular is because the public saw bodies every night on the evening news as they were being unload from the aircraft.
Though I can agree, the Vietnam war still lasted 10 years.
I think one of the worst things the USA government has done is to no longer allow the news media to film the bodies coming home.
As a soldier, I disagree. The news media only wants to use those images to press their biased opinions. When a soldier comes home for burial, it is a time of respect, honor, and mourning. Not a tool to be used by the propaganda machines. If the media could show it with dignity and without the bias, then certainly they should be able to.
I never had that issue, though many do. Then again, I sweat very little on my face and forehead. The only time that happens is when I had on the pro mask.
You still sweat through the current paints. I never found it to be a hindrance out in the field. The most annoying part was putting the shit on in the first place.
Not even close to the same thing. That gel is great for what it does but can't hold up in a sustained deployment in the field. It also stinks to high heaven in my opinion. Think of it in the aspect of, if you were to go camping, would you want to keep your face covered in jello or vegemite or nutella the entire time?
Medical malpractice is effectively 2% or less of the costs in healthcare. If you add that to the cost of Windows 7 Ultimate, you're looking at about a $2 increase...
Incorrect, it is one of the great myths of our time:
One of the principal myths surrounding medical malpractice is its effect on overall health care costs. Medical malpractice is actually a tiny percentage of health care costs, in part because medical malpractice claims are far less frequent than many people believe.
In 2004, the CBO calculated malpractice costs amounted to “less than 2 percent of overall health care spending. Thus, even a reduction of 25 percent to 30 percent in malpractice costs would lower health care costs by only about 0.4 percent to 0.5 percent, and the likely effect on health insurance premiums would be comparably small.” i
You actually can, the "Mega-Corp" I work for does it all the time. With that being said, it is a "Mega-Corp" and they have that kind of world-wide buying power so yeah...
I have samsung Kies and a bunch of other samsung related applications in addition to the t-mobile applications. None of which work correctly nor would I use them anyhow.
Funny, I could have sworn bullets didn't distinguish between war and police actions. When you have an enemy trying to kill you, the names given to operations don't mean shit. To a soldier in the field, there is no difference. 2 Grandfathers and a Great-Grandfather fought in WWII. Aside from having served myself, 2 of my brothers have served and 1 is still serving. All of us have done tours. There is not a single one of us that would use the term "police action" to describe what we experienced.
Coal, nuclear and water turbine to generate. The problematic link to oil would be that you need to get coal and other supplies to the power facilities. This is usually done by train, hopefully electric but we still have too many diesels around.
You left out the area between the 2 guy's heads.
Planning a terrorist attack, legal
Wrong, it's conspiracy to commit an act of terror.

I can't blame you for that, all I can say is that I have yet to experience this issue with samsung's service.

Because if they made it in black only, someone would complain that all the caucasion firefighters were in "Black Face" and raise hell.
Only really protects from UV radiation. Doesn't help for heat flash.

As long as there is war, there will be soldiers. Paint wont help that.
Then add a no class action clause in your eula as well as a release of indemnity. Shit this is not hard people.
umm no. If that were the case, you wouldn't have small 1-2 doctor practices. Where are you coming up with this insane bond?
We learned security before we learned set theory.
