Yes, they had data plans for certain phones such as the MyTouches and the SideKick. Which, if you will recall, were cheaper plans than standard internet because the devices were limited in what they could do.
Also, from a phone geek's PoV, this is a merger between a company that's always been hostile towards customers having control over their own devices, and one that used to be liberal on the subject but has become more and more controlling lately. And directors of the former will be taking up prominent roles in the new company.
Yet I've been with T-mobile for 10 years now (Powertel -> VoiseStream -> T-Mobile) and I have yet to experience this hostility you speak of. Neither have the friends I know on MetroPCS and T-Mobile.
Until there is a viable alternative to flight, this isn't going to work. Also, any viable alternative to flight will then be subjected to this very same sort of security theater. See the TSA trying to implement airport security in train stations and roads.
Speaking for one of the largest corporations in the world, with a massive IT department and several of our own datacenters... we sadly run everything on windows....
And FYI, I have the freedom on windows to run whatever browser I damn well please. I haven't loaded up exploder on any of the desktops in my house in about a decade. No one bitches that OSX comes with safari preloaded.
You should probably re-read his statement. He was condemning the tactics used against Dotcom and positing that it's double standards for the reason that those very same tactics aren't used against companies like UMG.
I am finding that more jobs come from the networking you do as opposed to general submissions of resumes. Most of the people that work in my IT organization in a top 20 fortune 400 company, have their jobs because they know each other from other environments. College being one of them. To make the most of your college education, you have to get on the networking grind. The paper, even experience, can only get you so far. It's the people you have to know.
Doesn't matter whether the myth is who has what or not. It's what's available and what's not. You can have all the Neodymium, Lanthanum, Cerium, Yttrium, Terbium, or Europium you want, if it's still "up in the hills" and not ready for use in production, then it is useless and you don't have it.
You also have to consider how many of those preorders are from existing customers and how many are actually new customers. If it is an existing customer heavy preorder, then you aren't really gaining in market share.

So it's better to pull your kid out of a school and put him somewhere else because a bully keeps taking his lunch money? You're an imbecile. Samsung needs to fight back and the case needs to be overturned. The jurors blatantly ignored prior art that could possibly invalidate Apple's patent case.
When was the last time Ford sued Gm for infringement on "a vehicle with rounded corners, painted black with clear glass windscreen, 4 wheels and a motor"?
also the huge issue with the fact that China has the largest piles of rare earth minerals that are commonly used in electronic components. Getting them to export them, which they have already banned in some cases, to us so that we can take jobs out of their economy would be tantamount to declaring war on them.
The reality is, our current understanding of the laws of physics as well as the laws themselves, can and will be updated/changed/reworked as we experiment and find the breaks. If we went by the logic that the laws of physics are set in stone and can never be altered, then throughout history, we would never have made any real scientific advances. 2000 years ago, scientists believed man couldn't fly, we fly now.
I actually voted for Vile Rat in the last election.... damn shame... I made tons of money off that election. I do however, offer my condolences to his family.

Executive branch creates laws
Civics 101: Legislative branch creates laws. Executive branch enforces laws. Except where executive orders are in play.
Why YES we do.... File-Sharing For Personal Use Declared Legal In Portugal

Thank you Mr. Heinlein.

If only I had mod points. +1

China has the largest piles of rare earth minerals
Quote me right or don't comment
Could agree with that. I would still design for a minimum of 1024 x 768 if setting a minimum at all.

That's fine if and when it actually does, but until then... we are quite beholden to them.
Even by that logic, it's still profitable for them to be in the market. 3bil > 0bn

Yeah....

Works perfectly well with Chrome, IE, FireFox, Opera on Windows 7, OSX, XP and Ubuntu. Has to be you mate.
Or FileMaker on PC they are identical and work incredibly well compared to Access.
