Apple makes a great OS and Desktop Computers. They have never quite figured out how to act in the business world or the server room. Any of the big computer manufacturers have Apple beat hands down with service. Truth is they make a ton of money selling IPODs and don't care about customers who need professional support.
Case in point: You have an XServe crash, you have Applecare support. You call Apple Support they will tell you to "Remove all third party applications and see if stability returns." Well, I did not spend 8 grand to run iTunes. It is very disappointing. It is like finding out your favorite baseball player beats his wife. You really look at them differently.
