i have used this putty port for a while, but i am now using the telnet/ssh client by mochasoft, commercial, but functioning way better than the basic putty port listed in the article.
I work at belgians largest Cable ISP (Telenet. We block port 25 for our customers. This not only reduces spam but stops virusses to spread trough built in smtp engines.
Are there any of these distros that off the shelf support external firewire disks ? (with ohci compliant adapter cards), i am looking for a bootdisk or bootcdrom so i can run linux from my external hd on my laptop, work or home pc (all which have ieee1394). any ideas?
I have a Dicota BacPac Jump, quite happy with it, strong, good fitting, all i wish from a laptop backpack !
