Sounds like the
product was rushed out the door after being delayed almost a year, has performance
problems, and is depending on the talents of the open-source community to help fix the
problems.

Gasoline is much cleaner than diesel, for example, and modern reformulated gasoline reduces pollution significantly relative to the old stuff. The recent reduction in urban pollution is largely due to cleaner-burning gasoline - and newer cars, which are much cleaner than those from a generation before.
When Dick Cheney was Secretary of Defense the DoD tried to kill the Osprey because it's overpriced and unreliable. Idiots like this guy kept it alive, solely because the plants are in their districts.

In fact, someone please tell the TVT guy that I'd pay for TVT only licensed Napster. Fuck the majors, it would still give me freedom of choice.

Modern gasoline is a fairly clean burning fuel. Won't this cause more pollution?
