One would think that after a few dozen people point out that the Radeon was NOT swapped out of the Cube, rather the Radeon was swapped out of the show, that people still wouldn't be posting rants on it. One would also think that these rants-based-on-non-facts would also to be moderated to "5".
Regardless on how x86 and G4s compare, 500mhz G4 is still last year's tech! 500mhz G4s were out last year, weren't they?
I should think most people don't need a lecture to figure out that a 500mhz G4 last year is the same processing power as a G4 500mhz this year...

Really... last I checked, Linux didn't START with press, it grew into the press because there was a demand for news.
Also, meer NEWS sites aren't going to change that much! Since when do NEWS sites determine what the web looks like? Most of them are junk anyhow, they're just a front page of "news" consisting of blatant advertisments ("No! We really think that WinZip 13's new eight thousand, performance-sucking features are great!").
