  1. Re:Where is Fallout?!? on The Top 15 PC Games Of All Time · · Score: 1

Check my list I added some of the originals (that made Diablo and others real) but on my list I missed Fallout (another of the greatest but a little recent)

  2. This would be a good list if.... on The Top 15 PC Games Of All Time · · Score: 1

They were not so recent (yes not so recent)
    Some examples?
    A. DIABLO? NO! the original Diablo was...... NETHACK!
The Great interface game? SYSTEM SHOCK (the orignal)
Instead of Doom? Wolfenstein (admit it. it was the orginal "Violent" game)
Instead of Quake? Doom (admit it. it was the orginal "good" shooter.)
How about the original game? ADVENTURE. (Don't get lost in the past? Yeah right but that was the first true game)
Then they put in TOMB RAIDER? It might have been revolutionary at the time but the award is revoked for stupidity (5 games now 1 engine.. no upgrades? even microsoft isn't that dumb)
Kings Quest 4? no Quest for Glory 1 (or any) or any of the original Sierras (Btw Thank god it is not KQ5)
Now for MYST? I have to leave it. (love it or hate it you have to respect it.

Now just so you know these are all off the top of my head

P.s. If you have not played System Shock GET IT NOW! it was the most awsome game that came out before Doom. if you can get the CD version you will be amazed. (possibly the greatest game ever made in the history of games. and the sequal sucked.)

    Cam in the Ladies Bathroom.
    Cam for secret agent.
Cam in the Victoria Secret store changing room.
Cam for the tech freak who has to have everything.

That is not the point. knowledge of one computer system usually allows a speedier delevery to another system. he says he has tried the Docs and they are too complicated or too easy. If there was a good doc from Windows to Linux we could have a few more converts now instead of next year (when windows crashes 10% more but no one really notices) personally I know enough people who would go to Linux if they had a good tutorial.. That is why Windows will remain the best because it is a standardize version and it is well made (in theory) and easy to use for your average idiot. (please don't flame ME... I hate it too but it is a lot easier (which sucks because it holds your hand for everything) ). Also buying a book costs money I rather get something for free.

    1. This computer probably had moderate security. When I was in High School about 4 years ago. I was "helping the network guy" (aka learning the system behind his back) and when ever a new system came on it was hacked. usually just a simple looking hack but still. But never tell a teacher that you hacked something.. if you have to just get a file off the server to prove it (and if you get caught claim Josh gave it to you...) 2. Another lessons. Teachers are a bunch of assholes. You only get 3 good teachers in your lifetime. don't waste them 3. Teachers lie (well duh anyone in school should know that one) 4. Teachers are cheap (duh anyone in school should know that one) 5. Hacking is fun. Hacking teachers is fun. but getting screwed over by a teacher for hacking his computer when he asks you. is not fun. Something like this happened to me once. but that was on some powermacs which sucked and a long and boring story. besides which the bottem line is that authority and network admins are assholes 99% of the time in school Especially if they like Macs..

    A. Hacked codecs of MPEG4 generally fail with 1 exception. DiVx :) (Or what ever you call it) The Microsoft MPEG4 is the best for pure compression (works the best) DiVx codec works the best for multiplatform use (since Microsoft is not exactly being forth coming with their codec which is why there are HACKED versions of it) Why not take the time and get away from MPEG4 Why do we stay with it. 3ivx is just another hack. no matter how good it is just a hacked version or an alternate version of a hacked version. We don't need more codecs. We should start to make ONE codec for video that works on All platforms (read: don't let Microsoft work on it) one codec for all audio (Mp3s are almost the best) one codec for pictures (that is almost complete) and one "codec" for internet. I admit this does not lead to diversity and if a new codec comes along we can change the system but with out standarization people have to get huge system files with millions of codec. And I realize that "codec" is not the right word for some things but the idea is there. When will the madness end?
