No, I would be more insulting about it, when you kill another human, because of some fairy tale, your life should be ended, publicly, and very brutally being drawn out over days. I have no tolerance for humans who kill other humans for any reason, and torturing the guilty publicly is a very good way to discourage further incidents.

Draconian over the top punishments, done publicly is the perfect deterrent, there's a reason theft in countries that lop your hand off have the lowest theft rates in the world, take that logic and apply it to all laws.

Because you work for the company? That's an easy question.

Now if your question would have been How, would anyone know I..etc.

Do you guys have an employee only entrance? Is that entrance out of view of the customers entrance? This is one way customers can view your outward appearance.

Ill add a personal anecdote, take it or leave it. I was helping a friend of mine chose a catering company for their wedding, we were driving around, checking out places, food testing and all that fun stuff. We came to this one catering outfit, and while we were in the 'Reception' area, a worker came back, presumably from lunch. He stank, of stale sweat, and was dressed shabbily, torn out knee in the blue jeans etc. Honestly he was probably working in shipping/receiving, and didn't so much as touch their food unless it was still in the shipping packaging. Until he walked by us, I was later told by both my friend and his now wife, they were going to go with that company, the price was reasonable, and the food tasted good.

That single, ill dressed smelly worker cost them the sale. The couple later told me that they just wouldn't be able to enjoy the food knowing that it might have passed through that guys hands.

So, my point is that YOU may not think you represent the company in anyway shape or form. But you don't get to make that decision, that decision is made by customers and they're not going to consult you about it first.

These people shouldn't be applauded or venerated as activists they should be arrested, and given very hard penalties as what they are planning to do is a potential act of terrorism(not kidding, what they are doing really is terrorism by definition) against the whole global economy.

Unfortunately, because banks are mandated by federal regulations to be insured, their insurance doesn't work like ours(even though it bloody should, I'm federally mandated to insure my car) they dont deal with premium increases based on claims like we do, thier premiums are directly effected by the amount of money they handle.

And you're right, if the number is high enough, they will put a big insurance company out of business, which is the EXACT thing that triggered the meltdown of 2008. So good job, if anon steals enough money they could trigger another global economic collapse, causing another huge bailout payment from the government that it cant afford, and bringing us one step closer to having to learn Mandarin.

There really just isn't a winning scenario from the perspective of the little guy, and if anon had half a brain, they would understand this.

And to address your walking away from an accident scot-free, if you cant do this, then you don't have enough coverage, I know if I got into an accident today, I would have 0 worry's about having to pay a dime. I would literally stop driving if it was bad enough to raise my premiums to unpayable levels, but I would never have a single worry about having to pay a legal settlement out of my own pocket.

Doesnt work that way, if you can accept a credit card payment, then the credit card companies have a viable way to issue a chargeback, its really that simple. Go try and setup a way to accept a VISA payment, without VISA being able to charge the funds back, you wont be able to. You may find a way to get some middleman on the hook for accepting the payment, but that means you're just hurting his business, not the banks once again. Fact of the matter is if this goes forward, its going to prove to the world just how short-sighted and out of touch with the world anon really is.

If by some miracle anon gets the money somewhere that the banks cant touch, and no legitimate company is on the hook for a chargeback. Congrats! They cost the banks insurance companies money, nothing, NOTHING they can do, using illegal means can hurt the banks because of insurance.

This whole 'OP' proves it, because any adult knows that the only result of using fake credit card data to give money to charities, will only hurt the charities, this will cost the banks $0, the BEST case scenario is that the banks insurance companies pay out the money because the 'charities' where really fronts and they're long gone with the cash. The worst case and most likely, is a bunch of legitimate charities are going to go bankrupt because of these idiots.

Excuse me? While you're food point is debatable, but valid. Saying were not in a population crisis is just you wearing blinders. You do understand, that global population has been doubling at alarming rates.

There was about 1 billion humans in 1800~ (educated estimate) it took us 120 years to double that, to 2 billion in the mid 1920's. It took only 45~ years to double again to 4 billion in mid 70's. We'll reach 8 Billion around the 2030 mark, which is another 45 years, and double again to 16 billion before the end of my life. My children's(theoretically, i dont have any atm) lives will see the population double TWICE more in their life times. Within the next 100 years, at our current growth rate, and that rate is INCREASING as technologies moves forward, so that estimate is conservative, more likely we'll see 2 more doubling inside 70-80 years.

That puts us roughly around 64~ Billion humans shortly after 2100, and again let me reiterate that this is at our CURRENT growth rate of doubling every ~45 years, as the past has shown us, that rate increases also exponentially, our (well, my) children could very likely see 3 more doublings, putting us at over 100 billion people on the planet.

Are you seriously going to sit there, and tell me that looking at increasing our populations by over 100 billion humans within 80 to 140 years is not a fucking crisis? You are insane?

Granted(first half) ill admit they were using hyperbole, however its extremely unprofessional to do so, and is not helping their case. Im not crying, I'm calling Ubi idiots, and what they dont realize is piracy is rampant in consoles as well(I personally have 2 Ubi games pirated on my 360, and 0 on my PC). I'de actually guess that piracy is a worse problem for xbox than pc, at least every single pirated PC game you cant play online, on top of that the big XBox titles seem to be on torrent sites a week or more before release.

If Ubi is finding the PC market unprofitable, its not the pirates, is the business decisions. Plenty of companies who provide quality software, with reasonable DRM are making a truckload of money off PC gaming, and piracy is NOT why Ubi is not among them is my point. So Ubi blaming pirates for backing out of PC gaming, is like me getting mad at a dog for crapping on the floor after I lock him in a room for 24 hours, what did I expect to happen? Ubi made DRM so restrictive and anti-user that the pirate copys work and play better, and on top of that treat their paying customers like garbage on their forums and in emails, what did they expect to happen?

I truly believe that the GP was correct, Ubi knows that console gamers will put up with more garbage than PC gamers, and they also know most of the software they sell is garbage, doesn't take a physicist to do the math.
