Their control panel is ok, but their service is really bad. I was a customer of theirs for 3 years and they where going force me to pay more money for a lower account. After quoting their own contracts on how they couldn't do this, they wouldn't back down so I canceled my account. I found a MUCH better host with a better price and more features.
Seriously, I don't see what Novell had to do with finding the server. It's great a server can go 4 years without dropping a packet, getting rebooted or upgraded, but anyone could have traced a patch cable running through a wall.
This is quoted from NameZero's Terms of Service page:
Each member is required to access any
part of the Namezero Service (including
but not limited to the domain name, e-mail
account or instant messaging service) at
least three (5) times during each calendar
month, generating an aggregate of at
least twenty (30) page views during such
visits...... The
e-mail account offered to you as part of
the Namezero Service if any, must be
accessed at least three (5) times each
calendar month in order to remain active.
Hmmm, I'm not sure I can trust a domain register if they can't even get their Terms of Service correct. "three (5) times", "twenty (30) page", and "three (5) times" confuses me. What are the trying to say?

My guess to win the big prize: 2001-03-17 18:20:34
