If they can't take two blocks of code and say "he stole this" they have nothing.

Only if the parent company is attempting to prove copyright infringement. It's more likely that they will be sued for theft of trade secrets. The company probably regards methods, processes, and algorithms that exist to be proprietary trade secrets.

Does it make you happy to crap on other people's faith? I love science and all the evidence in the world points to evolution, but I still believe in creationism. Are you telling me that there is not the slightest chance that creationism is the truth? Faith tells us that God is all knowing and all powerful. He could have made the universe 5 minutes ago and created you in it with all the memories you have. You think you can out think the Lord. How naive. In your opinion I am simple minded. I cannot imagine a more narrowminded egocentric view than to think that you can disprove all of Chritianity with a, "Uh-ahh"

Have you ever taken a math course? The fact that a math professor cannot draw a parabola shows that he is a poor artist, not a poor mathematician. S/he probably could tell you more about parabolas, 3-D space, etc, than you would ever want to know about. "How can someone with such a deep understanding not be able to produce a simple visual presentation?" Easy, I can explain every single thing about a hyperbolic parabaloid, but can't draw them. I understand how to do OR problems with 18 variables, but I could not sketch the results of a min or max. Learn your math. Drawing is not understanding.
