I wonder when our current overlords will realize they are fighting a losing battle? They may take our internet connections but they'll never take our freedom!

Yet another way for Homeland Security to keep track of US citizens who don't like what the corrupt government and big business are up to. Oops. I meant to say 'terrorists'. Hell, it's just a word used as an excuse to let the US elite do whatever the hell they want. Homeland Security is just the US's version of the SS. Awww crap. I mentioned Nazis.

  3. And the cycle of greed continues on Used Game Penalty Escalates With SOCOM 4 · · Score: 1

Just another greedy company trying to squeeze every last drop of blood out of their customers because they seem to think that all the money we have is theirs. Have they forgotten that we need money to buy food and pay for a roof over our heads? I'm not surprised though. They're just responding to their environment. The whole system is corrupt from the ground up and needs to be replaced. But I doubt you'll be able to convince 6 million people to do away with the current socio-economic system. The current market/monetary system is more of an anti-economy. Profit first. Everything else comes second. This is just another symptom of a broken system. I forgot where I was going with this. Oh, look! Shiny! :D

What do you expect? This is Mircosoft we are talking about. Profit comes before everything else. As long as the money keeps flowing in they will continue to make crappy products. All they have to do is lock people into systems. They play as dirty as they can. They want you to be forced into using nothing but Microsoft products and force you to upgrade to their newest products so they make you pay money you don't have all over again. Take away people's freedom to choose. Microsoft does it. Apple does it. Even Google isn't the white knight they proclaim to be. It won't last forever though. This may be the way things are but everything changes. As hard as these companies are trying to fight it they will eventually fail as change is inevitable.

I could care less about Facebook really. I'd rather not use it at all but because others use it I have to use it to keep in touch with many of them. Otherwise I don't really bother with it much. Most of the crap you'll ever see me post on Facebook otherwise is stuff automatically generated from linked services or posted to several services at once using programs like Gwibber.
