To serve the interests of foreign cooperation’s who have no vested interest in their countries economy except to take money from it? The role of the government is to protect its people, and this should include being steamrolled by these large uncaring companies, this includes the US as well. It's a shame that liberties are traded so freely in the name of larger profits. Lobbyists be damned.
