Try using Gnutella to find it. I've seen it on several servers now, and it must be quicker that these overloaded FTP servers. (Got over 300K/sec, compared to the 3K/sec I was getting via ftp from Sweden).
Usually suggests they're still uploading it themselves. I'm still trying to download it after 3 hours of trying! I guess the demand for it was a bit unanticipated, but at least there are new servers springing up occassionally.
