I think the masses beleive that they prefer graphics over anything else. Most people I know only mention graphics when they talk about new games, for playability has always been the most important thing. BTW thank god for MUDs, if it were not fore tsunami.thebigwave.net I would have amjored in Chemistry intsead of CS:)
Oh dear osprey is a registered trademark by Viewcast. Osprey is their series of hardware video compression cards, i think you can look forward to being sued by them:0)
I guess that would be pretty nice and unselfish of me, however they didn't have that on EBay nor could I find any other sites where they sold Peace on Earth. Guess I'd have to settle for a copy of Baldur's Gate II then. Doubt anyone needs a link to find that!:0)
You might wanna try out Sweden. Rumor is that Sweden is one of the front most countries when it comes to IT. I live in Luleå in the north of Sweden next to the univeristy; a smaller IT community is growing close to campus. I am currently exmployed by a company there.
Why is that file an executable anyway? What's wrong with a nice text format that anyone can read? At first I did not notice that it was not a text file and tried to do a remote open, i was somewhat startled when winamp popped up and tried to play the file.
Polls showed that the common public was not interested in video phones at all so only one company in Germany dared to try and make them. Apparently it did not go that well for them.
