we play cave quake on it. http://hoback.ncsa.uiuc.edu/~prajl ich/caveQuake/ but its not very stable, and the interface needs some work. one cool thing is that your gun is your cursur and its rendered in full 3d instead of just a 2d image. you can twist your gun around and stuff. you have to actualy duck, to duck in the game, and jumping is automated so you end up getting stuck in the walls alot.

i must have built half my studio from stuff i bought off of www.auctionsoup.com

there must be thousands of old mixers sitting in peoples closets gathering dust. every now and then they get sold online. this is the best place i've found to buy /sell old gear. cheap.

also check out the used gear price list to find out if your getting a good price.

This is all about againg baby boomers falling over each other with nostalgia and a genereal refusal to accept that time only moves in one direction. the real tragedy is that all the fat ageing boomers are so fixated on what was once an icon of their youth, not mine. Im 22 and could care less about spending over a million to pull a reckless kennedy out of the ocean, just to drop him back in. Im tired of watching useless celebrities cannonized upon their death. he never effected me. his claim to fame was his father. im going to stop now before i start foaming at the mouth...

actualy you can have an agp card as your primary.

im running dual monitors with an ATI all-in-wonderpro and a matrox millenium, the millenium has a little dip switch on it that disables the card from loading with the the other pci devices and is not detected until the os starts (as far as i understand it, it was a used card with no manual and the matrox site wasnt very helpful) i believe that switch was labeled pci load or something.

the tv tuner feature ofcourse does not work on the second monitor.

in BeOS i get the loading kernel screen on my ATI card and then im thrown to the matrox

Im new to linux and have no clue as to how to get dual video cards in rh5.2, could someone contact me with help?
