Monsanto has not been entered into The Book of Life. This means that when the God comes for his flocks, Monsanto and all its legal and corporate body will find itself next to Satanel and headed for obsoletion in the fire with the rest of evil and its hosts. You do not mess with the God.

Lessee jur-is-dic-tion, would be AZ, which is located on Earth, therefore anyone on the third rock from the sun qualifies according to the broad-scope of one Gov. Strongly suggest earthlinks take matters into their own hands should this law and many many many others just like it pass, and take it and its really assine creators and throw their asses straight away off the planet and immediately burn in a real bonfire, every single doccument that assine law was scribbled upon. While you're at it, would you please chuck the RIAA & MPAA, and all them patent trolls, off too. Thank you ever so much dah-link. PEACE.

"For that matter, since when is evolution invoked at the mere mention of a giant lizard?"
Peeks into bible book ... oh right, "Giants", yeas I recall some of those in there just prior to the "Great Flood" event right? Nephilim weren't they? Whose height was as the height of cedar trees, and in some accounts 300 cubits tall or 450 feet (600' if using Jewish cubit measurements) high huh? Nothing that 'giant' could possibly have existed.
Unless, we're to believe of unearthly beings, from off planet in a galaxy far far away?
Ponders the "giant" hologram of Ra, used in one of the Stargate SG-1 episodes... oh yah with awesome technology? Yowie. I think I hurt my brain again.
On the other hand I have SEEN the bones of Whales, and horn of the Unicorn of the seas so called Narwhal... and verily so I have SEEN with these ocular orbs in my head the bones of dinosaurs. I'm pretty convinced they once existed, and were of a reasonable gigantic size. But NOTHING have I seen bears out anything living 450 feet tall walking on the earth unless trees once had legs and wandered at will like the great Moose.
M'kay then... back to this NYC test criteria thing a majig... sigh. Yeah in a nutshell this "POLITICAL CORRECTNESS" Bool - Shyet, really needs to come to a full and complete stop. No passing GO or collecting $200.
Its just nuts. Really, c'mon folks we're human beings for crying out loud.

Yes Sir, Ten Foot Interface! That is if you have the space & range and a nifty projector to throw it up onto your wall. I'd have suggested the R2-D2 Projector from 2007, but haven't seen them around lately.

WMC is 'nice' for OTA HDTV if you have a CM4221 antenna + ATSC tuner combo ( or QAM if you have a cable connection), which I do enjoy. XBMC on the other hand with plugin's and aggreators... gives me online access to so much more than WMC can and greatly enhances usablilty between my pc & HDTV, its the epitome of convergence in technology at this stage of the game.

Now, if I could only get XBMC shoehorned stand alone into a high end "smart" HDTV with wifi to my LAN. It just might make for the ultimate home theatre pc experience I so crave.

With just the right plugin's you can be watching streaming tv shows on demand, or movies by way of an aggreator. Check out Navi-X for instance. Its a great way to catch up on Season 1 Game of Thrones. You can even download them for later viewing. With XBMC you just need to spend time exploring its capabilities and the forums to learn to make it your all in one Media Experience, that truly does everything. I run mine off one of the two 22" external monitors attatched to my laptop, with plans to drop in a 42" HDTV into the works soon where I'll then move XBMC for an actual enhanced Home Theatre PC setup. Been loving it so far.

It all depends on what you're doing. Multi tasking and monitoring serveral things while also doing several other things especially graphics intensive editing work like for films, or coding web pages, where you can view your 'prototype' on one screen and your source code on another at a glance, Auto CAD, and so on and so forth. You're only limited by your imagination. For myself generally I have one screen dedicated to HDTV - WMC - XBMC, while doing my IRC stuff on another, and browsing on the third. Soon I'll free up the video screen with a 42" wide screen hdtv and tie that in, and I'll be able to do still more with that free'd up screen. Virtual switching especially if you're using Virtual machines for multiple OSes on a single central base platform makes a lot of sense. Efficiency is key.

Windowblinds used to have a 'pin' built in, and it could also roll up windows so you could stack them. I always liked that, though I wish I didn't need Windowblinds to achieve those two abilities. There really should be an open source app someplace that does both of those, I just haven't found them yet.

Has two 22" external monitors + laptop's monitor = 3, PLUS an adittional 'screen' by way of 42" HDTV mounted above the two externals. Virtually a wall. And in spite of this I still want a virtualization switcher for running multiple OS'es. More screens translates into more workspace.
