    This might explain why there are so many hackers etc. in Finland. It is a sponsored activity, and is seen as an important step in the process of growing up, and is seen as a step towards professional career in IT. NOT as criminal activity...

    It happened on AREXX, that is Amiga Rexx :) Programs could send messages to each other through Arexx ports.

    I've had a look at the site now and when it was still the jade procet. What I would love to see is examples. Especially for the xml parser thing. Can it be used with Xalan ? Is it a drop in replacement for Xerces or what ? What to change if it is not ?

    I've been using MS Access with an Access Accounts database (not MS product) with good results. MS Access has the ability to do 'pass through' queries that can be different from normal Access queries, so you can use the features that MySQL has from Access. You can link tables directly with ODBC and see them in Access like they were actual Access tables. Buy a book like Access 97 Developers handbook, Litwin, Getz, Gilbert or similar. Jari
