I have to counter the question of computergames being art with this question: Are boardgames also art"? The main point of computergames is that they are interactive but this also counts for boardgames.
Is a game of chess a piece of art? I would say Yes. But if so, does this also count for other games( tic-tac-toe, snakes&ladders etc..) as well?
With the division of labour, look up his example On the division of labour with the example of making pins. If you do everything by yourself you'll only make a dozen pins a day. Work as a group and divide the tasks you'll be making hundreds!
So in general...If people work together with each of them specializing on a certain field they'll be far more productive than each of them doing their own thing.
