I'm running a Compaq 486/66 with RH6.1 as a web/mail server and a firewall for my workstation. It hasn't had a monitor for six months! I've got an ADSL line and notice no server induced slow-downs unless I run any CGIs.
Install a standard Linux with IP Masq and sell them as servers/firewalls. Lots of people are running home networks.
Hydrogen and electricity are interchangeable, fairly efficiently. Hydrogen is produced by electrolysis, so you just have to transport electricity and water to the production site.
The problem is mobile transportation of Hydrogen. That is the hold-up in H2 powered cars. Usually the transport container weighs more than the fuel! Fuel cells are getting there, storage systems have to come next.
And the fuel cell recently announced that can convert gasoline to electricity? -- It basically has a portable refinery on board to extract Hydrogen from the gasoline.
