    Interesting that the only example supplied with a link to the appropriate site uses the country TLD. Chicago2016.us was registered in 2006 and looks like it is parked. Maybe they should go after that one first.

    So turn the notification off for e-mail. My Blackberry doesn't do anything when an e-mail comes in. When my schedule permits and it is convenient to me, I look to see if I have any new e-mail. Even if I'm on call, the only way the Blackberry is going to wake me up is if someone phones me.

    The judge says that they do not indicate an expectation of their return. Since there is no expectation at all he doesn't need to bother dealing with what would indicate a reasonable expectation. The next lawsuit will get to deal with the reasonableness of the expectation after the record companies print "Must be returned" on the sample discs.

    The strange American sport evolved from Rugby Football, in which the foot isn't used that often either. The name didn't make sense long before the colonists customized it.

    Considering every single user of the service likes to play games, a free game seems a perfectly good level of compensation. That might be true if the game in question was a game that the people inconvenience actually wanted to play. If they are crediting every account with enough points to purchase a game so the subscriber can pick a game they like, then it's probably reasonable compensation. If they picked the game with the worst sales record on Arcade to give away so that they can say that they can rave about it in a press release, it's nothing but empty PR spin.

    fingerprints are a lot harder to fake than a passport. So just fake a US or Canadian passport, since US and Canadian citizens are not included in the program.
