    I've found that trying to imagine how a blind user would find your software (or webpages) is a great way of abstracting the code. I do it as a matter of principle now.

    I don't know about IE5 but in IE4 the HTTP/1.1 on/off switch wasn't connected to anything.

    Try XOSL, it's GUI with password protection, lets you setup itself from within itself. Can install in it's own partition or within Windows FAT (AFAIK I think there's one for Linux too). I had trouble booting off ReiserFS with the last version but otherwise (read: Ext2) it's rather nifty.

    Is there any way to read old amiga disks into PCs? What i'd like is to read these from a normal floppy drive then convert to .ADF. You know how people make jokes about wallpapering the house with them, I've done that, but the colour scheme isn't pleasing.

    Any ideas?
