wake me up when the iPOD is able to transmit via bluetooth ( or similar ) and a ppl with in a short radius are able to share.
Then walk down the street in promiscuious (listen) mode and hear to a wide range of tunes, because each person is a tiny radio station.
How is this any differnt from regular copy right.

How is this any different from regular copy righted code, where the source code is supposed to be freed after 95 years.
And the copy right holders have the option to release the code to the public at any time any way.

but we can use an apple laptop to upload virus to their system and that will fix that. ala id4.
