Duke? You mean Baron? He was fat in the orginals, but they explained it in House Atreides. He was fit ad muscular but when he blackmailed that one Bene Gesserit and they had sex to concieve. She gave him a degenaritive disease that causes him later to become fat and get all those disgusting things on his face.

Yea PIXAR has done great. Like you said its mostly Lasseters work. But Jobs also didnt start PIXAR he bought it off of Lucas I in 1983. Its also known that he stated that he does not get involved at all in PIXAR's daily work. He just makes sure the business end is going smoothly.
The orginal article at http://www.pcformat.co.uk/news/detail.asp?id=22698 is rediculous. It states that Max is "The PC's, and just possibly the whole world's, most expensive 3D modelling package". --It is hardley and not even close to being the worlds most expensive 3d software. A single RAT package is $8000. Additional Licenses are 5000$, plus 750$ maintainence per license. Complete Soft licenses can go up to 25,000$ +.
They also claim "Half the world's Mod makers are probably using illegal full versions of 3D Studio MAX already". They are just making shots in the dark here? Can't they do some research and not accuse mod makers of being pirates. I know atleast 20-30 people who make custom skins and do it with legit software at work, or who use freeware at home.
